Every deal, contact, and
conversation. Moved.
Nothing left behind.
We migrate CRMs for a living. Every record type, every field, every line of activity history — validated before it touches your new system. Your team wakes up on go-live day to a CRM that works, not a mess to clean up.
Every major migration route,
done before.
We’ve run migrations across every major platform combination. If your CRM isn’t listed, ask — we’ve probably seen it.
Six things that break CRM migrations.
We prevent all of them.
Name the problem before the visitor does — it’s how you earn the right to be trusted with the fix.
Data arrives without history
Contacts land in the new CRM but every email, call, meeting, and note from the last three years is gone. Reps are flying blind from day one.
Duplicates multiply
A contact that existed once in the old system arrives as three in the new one. Now nobody knows which record is the real one — and trust in the data collapses.
Custom fields get lost
Years of carefully built custom fields — ICP scores, contract values, renewal dates — don’t map to anything in the destination CRM. The data exists but nobody can find it.
Pipeline stages don’t translate
Deals land in the wrong stages or become unassigned. The sales manager can’t run a forecast for two weeks while the team manually fixes hundreds of records.
Integrations break silently
The website form stops routing leads. The email platform loses sync. The billing system disconnects. Each one discovered only when a deal is lost or a customer complains.
The team can’t log in on day one
User provisioning, roles, and permissions weren’t configured before go-live. The migration is “done” but your team can’t access it. The first day is spent on IT support tickets.
Everything in your CRM.
Not just the contacts.
Most migrations move the easy stuff and leave the rest. We move all of it — validated and clean.
Contacts & Companies
Full contact and account records including all standard and custom fields, ownership, and relationship associations.
Deals & Opportunities
Open, closed-won, and closed-lost deals with stage history, values, associated contacts, and pipeline placement.
Activity History
Every email sent, call logged, meeting booked, and note written. Reps keep full context from the first login.
Custom Fields & Properties
Every custom field mapped to its equivalent in the destination CRM. Data types, picklist values, and dependencies all preserved.
Documents & Attachments
Files attached to contacts, deals, and companies. Migrated and re-linked to the correct records in the destination.
Tags, Lists & Segments
Contact lists, lead segments, and tags recreated in the destination with the same memberships and logic.
Users & Team Structure
User accounts, roles, permissions, and team assignments configured before go-live. Every rep can log in on day one.
Integration Connections
Your website forms, email platform, billing system, and other integrations reconnected and tested before go-live.
How we run every migration
We don’t go live until you’ve signed off on a test migration with real data. Nothing enters production unvalidated.
Pre-migration audit
We extract a data sample from your source CRM and assess record count, data quality, field structure, and duplication rates. You get a clear picture of exactly what’s there — including everything that needs cleaning before we move it.
Field-by-field mapping
Every field in the source CRM is mapped to its destination equivalent. Where a direct map doesn’t exist, we design the right structure in the destination first — then migrate into it. You approve the complete mapping document before we run a single record.
Data cleaning
Duplicates merged, stale records flagged, invalid formats corrected, and missing required fields resolved — all before migration. Cleaning after the move costs twice as much and takes twice as long.
Test migration to sandbox
Full migration run against a sandbox environment with 100% of your real data. We validate record counts, spot-check relationships, verify activity history, and confirm field mapping accuracy. You sign off on the sandbox before anything touches production.
Live migration
Production migration executed during a low-traffic window with a rollback plan in place. Delta sync captures any records created in the source CRM during the migration window so nothing is missed.
Post-migration validation & handover
Record count reconciliation, relationship integrity checks, integration testing, and a two-week hypercare window. We stay available until you’re confident the system is running clean.
What clean migrations look like
Replace with your real numbers. Specific migration outcomes — records moved, time taken, data loss — are the only proof that matters here.
records lost across 48,000 contacts, 6,200 deals, and 4 years of activity history
Full delta sync captured 340 new records created during the migration window. Team of 22 reps live in HubSpot on day one with complete contact history. Migration completed in 19 days.
end-to-end migration including custom object rebuild, data cleaning, and integration reconnection
14,000 duplicate contacts merged pre-migration. 67 custom fields remapped to new Salesforce object structure. Zero integration downtime — ERP and billing remained connected throughout.
Things people ask before
they get in touch
Migration questions tend to be specific. If yours isn’t here, it’s a 15-minute call.
How long does a CRM migration take?
Will we lose any data during the migration?
Can you migrate our activity history — emails, calls, and notes?
Do you migrate workflows and automations, or just data?
Can you migrate while our team is still using the old CRM?
What happens if something goes wrong on go-live day?
Tell us about
your migration.
We’ll come back within one business day with an honest view of what’s involved, how long it’ll take, and what it costs. No sales pitch — just a clear assessment.
